  • We will try our best to dispatch the goods the same day if order received before 12pm or at the latest dispatch by the following working day.
  • In case of any potential delay to dispatch, this page will be updated. Please check our shipping update page for more information.
  • Delays may be incurred due to industrial action being taken by Royal Mail - we have no control over this.
  • Please check your zones on the below map or at https://www.royalmail.com/international-zones for a list of countries by zone.
  • World Zone 1 and World Zone 2 are both considered ‘Rest of the World’ for shipping charges.

    UK Express
    Picked, packed and dispatched on the same day, our Priority Delivery service offers Next Working Day delivery for UK Mainland addresses*. Please place your order by 12pm to take advantage of this service. Orders placed after this, or during the weekend/Bank Holidays, will be dispatched the following working day.

    This service is not available on all products including travel systems and furniture. Please note that we may not advertise a processing and delivery timeframe for these items.

    Delivery Timeframes 

    We aim to process orders within 2 working days (Monday to Friday – not including Bank Holidays). Goods are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 48® or DPD. In-stock items ordered on a Standard Delivery Service should arrive within 2-5 working days.

    Standard delivery times are an approximation and should not be relied upon if a parcel is required for a close specific date or urgently. Please use an upgraded service if this is the case. Parcels will not be considered as lost until 10 working days have passed after dispatch. Large orders may be shipped with another service. 

    Worldwide Information

    • Please note that all deliveries outside of the UK will be subject to tax and duty upon receipt in the delivery country. We do not currently offer any pre-paid duty or tax but we are working on this.
    • If you wish to make an order to ship outside of the United Kingdom, shipping costs vary according to order (please see below for more information).
    • We offer flat rates at the checkout that vary according to the estimated weight of your order. This may not be accurate and we will contact you if there is an extra charge. 
    • Please allow a little extra time for the processing of international orders. 
    • If your delivery address is not within the United Kingdom, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you.
    • Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Bambinista advises each customer to contact their local customs office for further information.
    • It is the customer's responsibility to follow up delivery information with their local partner courier or delivery service after it is handed over after Bambinista dispatches overseas orders. Your tracking details can be found on your dispatch notification email. 
    • Some delivery services may not provide in-transit tracking updates and tracking may not update until a delivery has been attempted. 

    International Shipping Cost Information 

    • All international packages weighing over 1kg must have their shipping cost manually calculated by their volumetric weight by our warehouse team.
    • The final packaged size will be an important factor and not just the weight. For large orders especially, this may be significantly higher than that estimated at the checkout.
    • Unfortunately, once the shipping has been calculated by the warehouse team, we cannot make changes to the order and if the shipping cost quoted by our Customer Care Team is not appropriate, we will refund your order. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
    • We aim to be able to be in a position to offer more flexibility in the near future.

    USA: Flat rates from £15 for parcels under 1kg, from £25 for under 2kg, within reasonable dimensions. Larger parcels from £30. 

    Asia: Flat rates from £15 for parcels under 1kg, from £25 for under 2kg, within reasonable dimensions. Larger parcels vary. 

    Australia and New Zealand: Flat rates from £15 for parcels under 1kg, from £25 for under 2kg, within reasonable dimensions. Larger parcels vary.

    RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

    Please contact us via email at hello@bambinista.com within 14 days of receiving your order for an exchange or full refund. Please see our terms and conditions for more information.

    All returns will only be refunded once received back by Bambinista and inspection completed by our customer services team.

    Please note, any items returned damaged by insufficient packaging of the return will not be refunded.

    Any returns of products under warranty claim to be sent to the service centre must be appropriately packaged. Large / fragile items must be packed in a box with sufficient padding to avoid damage in transit.

    Any loss / damage in transit of any return due to inappropriate packaging is the liability of the customer.

    RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES

    Returns due to customer no longer wanting an item / change of mind / multiple sizes ordered will be at the expense of the customer. Please contact hello@bambinista.com for return instructions.

    Bambinista will cover the cost of return shipping where an item is delivered faulty. This will be processed after the return has been assessed by our customer services to to confirm that this was a manufacturing issues. 

    NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

    Unfortunately, we would be unable to refund or credit on any of the following unless it is still fully sealed and unopened:

    • Breast pumps and intimate items#
    • Made to measure or bespoke products
    • Mattresses
    • Assembled/used products (furniture/pushchairs etc.)
    • Electronic goods that have had the seal broken or been registered
    • Car seats and travel systems

    The following we will not be able to refund or credit under any circumstances:

    • Washed/used products
    • Undergarments

    For extra confidence before you buy, you can view our products live via one-way video calls with our In-Store specialists.

    We do not offer exchanges and instead advise that you purchase additional sizes if you are unsure and then return the incorrect option for refund. Should you find you do require an alternative size, please contact our Customer Service Team who will be happy to help.

    CANCELATIONS

    The customer is able to cancel any order provided it has not yet been sent out by Bambinista. If it has already been shipped, please contact Bambinista for the return address. Once the return is received and condition checked, we will process a refund for you.

    Inline with the Citizens' Advice Bureau, Bambinista reserves the right to cancel order in case of a suspected fraudulent transactions, out of stocks or incorrect pricing errors. Refunds will be issued immediately (your bank may take a few days to release the refund back to your account). Bambinista is not required to fulfil the order in these cases, and the customer is not entitled to any compensation.
